Before you book

Do I need experience before joining?

No. Beginner-friendly classes and private sessions are available. Tell us your level and we will guide you to the right class.

Do I need grip socks for reformer Pilates?

Yes, grip socks are recommended for hygiene, safety, and better control on the reformer.

How long are classes?

Most group classes run between 45 and 60 minutes. Private sessions are usually 55 minutes.

Is prenatal yoga suitable for beginners?

Prenatal yoga can be suitable for many beginners, but please confirm with your healthcare provider and tell the instructor your trimester.

I have an injury. Can I join?

Message us before booking. Private sessions may be better when movement needs individual adjustments.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. Private Pilates and yoga sessions can be booked for posture, technique, confidence, or specific movement goals.

Can I book Pilates and yoga in the same week?

Yes. Many students combine reformer, mat Pilates, yoga, and recovery classes depending on their schedule and energy.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please give at least 12 hours notice for class cancellations or rescheduling so the space can be offered to another student.
